1.1 – In order to make use of your membership benefits – within any category – all membership dues must be paid up.
1.2 – The sponsorship categories defined by ABTCP may not be altered and/or combine items from different ones, besides those already divulged. Each category will have a defined number quotas.
1.3 – Requests for different medias from those presented in the sponsorship categories will not be accepted.
1.4 – Upon choosing the desired category, if the company does not confirm the reservation it made by delivering the signed Sponsorship Proposal, it will lose its right to the quota of the category selected, and will be included in the waiting list for quotas in remaining categories.
1.5 – After November 9, 2018 – the deadline stipulated for confirming reservations for quotas selected, by submitting the Sponsorship Proposal and making the down payment on the due date –, ABTCP may dismember and/or join the remaining quotas.
1.6 – Changes may be made after December 3, 2018 pursuant to the availability of quotas.
Note: Quotas that are not confirmed will be made available through the event website at www.abtcp2019.org.br, as of December 3, 2018. Requests for altering quotas will be answered on a first-come first-serve basis, made by email.
1.7 – Reservation confirmations for the area chosen will be made according to the following conditions:
Submission of the signed Sponsorship Proposal: by November 9, 2018 to ABTCP’s Relationship area;
Down payment (20% of the total value): by November 23, 2018.Note: the down payment shall be made via bank slip (boleto), which ABTCP will provide to the sponsor.
Payment of the 80% remaining balance: as of January 2019, in up to six equal installments (due on the 10th of each month).
Note: As of December 7, 2018, ABTCP will begin selling quotas reserved by companies that did not fulfill the confirmation conditions for sponsorship quotas.
1.8 – Disclosure of the contracting company’s logo on related material in each sponsorship quota will be linked to the advertising dates of each communication material, in accordance with ABTCP’s internal programming. Media formats and delivery deadlines will be sent by email, after purchase of the quota.
The reservation of sponsorship quotas is to be made at ABTCP’s booth – located on Street 09 – Arena ABTCP – inside the Exhibition area – as of 2:00p.m. on October 24th until 7:00p.m. on October 25th , when the event ends. The ABTCP booth will be open from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on October 24th, and from 1:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on October 25, 2018.
2.1 – MASTER CORPORATE AND SPONSOR MEMBERS
The selection of sponsorship quotas by Master Corporate and Sponsor Members will begin at 2:00p.m. on a first-come first-serve basis, by representatives of these companies, who are present from 2:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. After that – from 3:05p.m. to 4:05p.m. – Collective Members will be serviced also on a first-come first-serve basis.
Nota: Master corporate and sponsor members, who appear after 3:05p.m., will select their quotas together with the Collective Members, from 3:05p.m. to 4:05p.m., on a first-come first-serve basis..
2.2 – COLLECTIVE MEMBERS
The selection of sponsorship quotas by Collective Members will begin 3:05p.m. on a first-come first-serve basis by representatives of these companies, who are present from from 3:05p.m. to 4:05p.m. After that – from 4:30p.m. onwards – non-members will be serviced, on a first-come first serve basis and considering the quotas that are still available.
General note: Collective Members who arrive after 4:05p.m. may select their quotas on a first-come first-serve basis until 4:25p.m. and/or together with the non-members.
General participation rules:
- According to the order of arrival of interested companies, and pursuant to the respective order of membership categories – 1st) Master Corporate and Sponsor Members and 2nd) Collective Members. Company representatives attending the meeting shall sign an attendance list and pick up their password number, 15 minutes before each scheduled time. However the selection will only be allowed during the time scheduled for each membership category;
Non-ABTCP members will be served on a first-come first-serve basis and will be allowed to choose their quotas as of 4:30p.m. on the day that member companies choose their quotas (October 24). Company representatives attending the meeting shall sign an attendance list and pick up their password number, 15 minutes before each scheduled time (4:30p.m.). The sponsorship options with quotas still available for reservation will be made available at the ABTCP booth – located on Street 09 – Arena ABTCP – inside the Exhibition area, until 7:00p.m. on October 25th , when the event ends. The ABTCP booth will be open from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on October 24th, and from 1:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on October 25, 2018.
